Since Mojave, my Mac plays Chord every time I wake it up

Since I upgraded my MBP to Mojave, when I wake my computer up from sleep/open the lid from sleep, it plays the Chord alert sound... even though I have no reminders or calendar events that warrant its playing. Any thoughts of where this could be coming from? I'm kind of stumped.
 
Does it happen even if you just logged in for the first time? Or what about if it was in another user account (or a guest account)?
