Since upgrading to iOS 16, passwords button and auto-fill is gone.

When going to a site I would see a password button that would allow me to select another login/password combo or choose what to fill it with. That's gone. Is there a setting iOS 16 changed and something I have to toggle? Also an issue in apps as well.
