Since when is sbsettingstoggles dependent on SBSettings?

I used to have sbsettingstoggles without SBSettings. Since I only wanted toggles for 3G and Bluetooth, I used Activator to set swipe right on status bar for bluetooth toggle and swipe right for 3G toggle. A while back I downloaded SBSettings and started using it, but I want to go back to how it was. Except I can't without installing SBSettings too.

I don't really have a problem with SBSettings, I just like to run pretty lean with system level stuff.
