Since when we can play HQ video from YouTube on the iPhone over 3G ?

I just noticed this when I went in the YouTube mobile site I also noticed it's remodeled.

YouTube video always look real bad over 3G with the YouTube but now we can watch them high quality over 3G^____^ finally sheesh.

I'm sorry if I'm late with this I just never noticed since I always use the YouTube iPhone app.
