Single-ear bluetooth with AVRCP?

Hi all,

I am trying to find a single-ear bluetooth headset that is as compact as the Jawbone Icon or BlueAnt Q2, but unlike those has AVRCP support.

Does such a thing exist? The closest that I have been able to find is the Plantronics Voyager Pro+, but from the photos that looks as compact as a house brick!

Thanks for any suggestions.
