I don't want a video adaptor but I do want to be able to plug in my MB to power while simultaneously connecting to a device by USB.

My ideal adaptor would be USB-C -> Dual USB-C w/power passthrough, but I'd settle for an adaptor like the digital av multiport w/o the video (i.e., USB-C -> (1)USB-C & (1)USB).

Any word on whether such an adaptor yet exists? I assume it's only a matter of time. But I want it now!

The digital av multiport adapter is basically that - it's just splitting the signals that USB type-C provides in to the component connections.

I just ordered this. I didn't need any display support and 79$ just seemed like too much. Will take a few weeks to receive, but we'll see...
