SIP phone app for MacOS?

There is actually a freecall service that offers 300 minutes a week, unfortunately the client only works on Windows.

The alternative is to set up a SIP device to use their authentication servers:

Since I didn't really want to buy SIP phone when I usually use my computer to call is it possible to get some kind of SIP emulator on MacOS?
