Siri activation

Anyone else having issues activating Siri by holding the phone up to your face? Mine rarily works in this manner. I have no issues by holding down the home button. I'd imagine this is activated by the proximity sensor.

It's not just the proximity sensor, but the accelerometer as well. The proximity sensor only turns on when the phone is at the right angle to save battery. It's been working fine for me mostly, but it doesn't work every time.
