So I'm not entirely sure how to call this, so I couldn't do a search on the forums...
My Problem:
At some point in time Siri started to not work, I would press the home button to activate it, it would start and show "say your task" screen, however it wouldn't pick up anything I was saying. This would occur a lot of times, but would still work from time to time (only use it to set the timer).
Come today I didn't know what this was and wasn't to bothered to look into it, however I just noticed that when I activate Siri a wild "iPhone speaker" appears I can see it if I pull up the control menu from the bottom, next to the airdrop appears the button to select source to play the music which says "iPhone speaker". If i press on this I get two options "iPhone speaker" and "iPhone" however pressing on either one does nothing it still has "iPhone speaker" selected no matter which one I pick. I can see this after using siri and it stays in the control center unless I press to play music, which presumably tries to play it through the "iPhone speaker" than realizes this doesn't exist and defaults back to the normal speaker. However pressing the siri button makes the thing come back.
I have bluetooth turned off and the phone has never been connected to any speaker ever.
Does anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix this?
