Siri AI on External SSD?

Has anyone been able go get Siri AI working when booting from an External SSD?

I Know Apple disabled this in the past, but I read that there were some workarounds for Tahoe, so I was wondering if anyone knows some workarounds.

Sadly, this did not work for me. I followed the steps precisely. Anyone have any luck getting this to work?

I had Apple Intelligence working on my Mac Studio running Tahoe using the instructions above. However, I updated to Golden Gate RC today and lost Apple Intelligence. I'm hoping for a new method. ApplePay is also disabled.
