Siri and Ford Sync 3

Has anyone experienced problems with Siri Eyes Free and the Ford Sync 3 system? Everything had been working fine where I could hold the talk button in for 3 seconds (on the steering wheel) and I could tell her set a reminder or give me directions. Now, she does NOTHING when I ask her to remind me. And she tells me I have to unlock my iPhone when asking for directions. Whatever has changed is making Siri useless in my opinion with this system.

I have the latest iOS version on iPhone 7 and the latest Sync version.
