I don't think iPhone 4 has any problems with Siri performance at all.

IMHO Siri was the biggest feature introduced in the keynote today. Of course they want the brand new iPhone to have the biggest features of them all. If the biggest feature was included in the cheaper models as well, it would drive customers buying the cheaper model -> less profit.

Right, but assuming it's either a JB-only tweak or requires switching around/modifying plists, the average consumer will be none the wiser.
