siri bug? -- won't call business after searching for it

Today I tried to search for a local business which Siri found after several attempts. In response to the question "call or get directions?", I answered "call". It then proceed to ask "who would you like me to call"? I responded with "<business name>" and it said that name is not in my phonebook. I tried it twice and got the same result. So I started searching for other businesses (again 2 different ones) and got the exact same result.

I'm running the latest version of iOS (10.1.1) on an iPhone SE.

Anyone else experience this?

Siri is kind of inconsistent at times. Sometimes it will do something and other times it might not do that kind of thing. Hard to predict when it might not really do what it should and even has done before.
