Siri Canadian localization possible now without ios 6?

Now that Apple supports this feature for Canada, is it possible to install a tweak that will enable non 6.0 users to use it?

Really?? I've never even heard of that tweak...does it connect to Apple's server the same way Siri does naturally?

WOW that is super cool, although I have ZERO idea how the developer would have implemented that!?!
