Hello,

Despite we have configured "recognize my voice" several times, Siri cannot recognize the voice and asks to check on the app Home. I tried to configure a second HomePod mini and we have the same issue.

  • iPhone and HomePods are updated
  • Home app removed and reinstalled
  • iPhone is recognizing me
  • HomePods initialized and rebooted
  • "Recognize my voice" disabled and enabled from the iPhone XR on the Home app multiple times
  • "Recognize my voice" on iPhone XR disabled and enabled and trained with different voice
  • All devices are on the same wi-fi
I already followed the process here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204753 two times without success

SOLUTION:
Enable the Siri synchronization to iCloud on the iPhone:
Settings > "Name" > iCloud > Siri

@Apple you could improve your documentation adding in your support page.
