Siri can't EVER find locations/businesses

I am in the US. All of a sudden, recently, Siri can't find any business I am looking for. Whether I ask where restaurants are or where the Safeway is or the gas station. Her response is always "I can't find any...."

The GPS is on, all Siri settings are active. I installed AssistantLove - but have deactivated it. I can be on WIFI or 3G. Nothing works. I don't think even putting an address in works.

Reset your iPhone settings. That fixed the problem for me.

Well That didn't work

Didn't fix the problem and now going through the process of reorganizing my iphone.

Anyone has another suggestion? I am a new Iphone guy - have always been and Android lover. I like Iphone and trying to love it more - particularly because of Siri...but this is super frustrating.
