Siri constantly having problems connecting to network. 3G and WiFi

I got my 4S on Friday and had a little play with Siri just to try it out and it worked fine.
I tried Siri again on Saturday night over 3G and the icon just kept glowing as if it was trying to reach the server but it never came back with any result. No "can't find the network" or replying to my request.

Just tried it again over WiFI and 3G and both times it has immediately come back with "can't connect to the network". My WiFi is working fine on my laptop and Safari is working fine over 3G, its just Siri that refuses to work.

Is anybody having these problems?
