iPhone Siri does not use new pronunciation.

I ask Siri (IOS 13.1) to change pronunciation for one of my contacts and this process goes as expected. At the end Siri says ok I will remember this from now on and pronounces the contact name as desired. However when I ask Siri to call this contact Siri uses the old pronunciation instead of the new one.

Does any one else have this issue? Any one found a fix for this?
