Siri doesn't get my home right

If I ask Siri "Remind me to pick up keys when I get to Mum's house", Siri understands, and makes a reminder:

"Pick up keys"
"Arriving Karen's Home"

So far so good.

But then she says:

"I'll remind you to pick up keys when you get home"

which is not right, because it's not at my home that I want the reminder, it's at my Mum's home.

Then when I get to my Mum's house nothing happens, but when I get back home I get the reminder.

Where am I going wrong?
