iPhone Siri doesn't speak only vibrate

I updated today my iPhone 5S to iOS 9.3.1 and Siri doesn't speak only vibrate.
Siri is set to Hebrew language and Voice Feedback is set to always. I tried to find a fix on the web without success. It's important to notice that when Siri set to English is working well.

someone suffer from the same issue?
