Siri doesn’t talk

Hello there

I like when Siri talks to me. But on my new Apple TV 4K HDR, she doesn’t. Is this normal behaviour?

I really like the new remote, the previous I used it 5 minutes and almost threw it by the window & never used it again. Now I threw my old TV remote.
