is siri down AGAIN?

stupid "chick" keeps saying "ooops something went wrong" "oh boy can u try that again "there seems to be a problem. please try again in a little while"

I just checked and siri is up and running in Chicago.
I would have to say that siri reponds 99% of the time.
I would be very frustrated if I lived across the pond and had regular issues with siri not being able to connect -

Try restarting your phone and/or go into Settings and turn Siri off and then back on again.

Me too

Happens to me all the time. She says something like somethings gone wrong or try again later. Usually if you try again it will work, but it is still very annoying.
