Google Assistant already trumped Siri. & now it looks like Bixby does too. Consistently successful, multiple functions via one command is a big advantage Bixby appears to have. As seen in the following vids...

Bixby doesn't fail all at it appears, whereas Siri & its frustrating misinterpretation & limited capabilities make it look very second rate.

Bixby Voice & Google Assistant in the one device is the ultimate in Voice Assistance. Siri is the equivalent of Apple Maps v Google here.....sub-standard.

Apple needs to lift its game bigtime in this evolving & increasingly required smart phone feature. It's really becoming a bigger issue with me within the IOS ecosystem.

They've gotto at least allow "Ok Google" to work alongside Siri, as it does with Bixby in the second video above.

On its own, Siri will continue to fall behind & as rival smart phone designs continue to merge into one (all screen) & the dependency on Voice (to replace touch) ramps up, the AI needs to grow.

All these voice assistance really do the same thing. Google is most likely the most accurate in my opinion. But also in fairness, I think the new revamped Siri should be judged after iOS 11 debuts, which is expected to bring improved and enhanced capabilities with Siri.

Voice will not replace touch any time in the near future. There's just too much technical limitations to overcome at this point. Having said that, I think the bigger challenge for Siri is to actually get better without mining user data in contrast with Google assistant.

If you have the time, watching the first video in full really does show a big gap between Siri's/Bixby's capabilities. Their aim may be the same (efficiency), but their implementation & scope of possible functions varies a fair bit.

IOS 11 needs to bring a big improvement to Siri. I'm not sure they can match their rivals in this release, but we'll see soon enough.

Sorry, I didn't mean to infer that it will replace touch completely. There'll be many things Voice can't replace touch with.

Should've used 'compliment' instead of replace.
