Maybe it's just me, but I have an iPhone 5 that I had installed all of the IO7 betas on as well as the GM, and I just came home today with a new 5S and the Siri voice is clearly different and much more realistic sounding on this phone.

Siri's voice is different on my 4S too. And there is a male/female option.
Hint hint...it's a new feature of iOS7. And I agree, the new voice is way more realistic.
