Siri has lost functionality, or so it seems.

I used to use Siri to tell me when a song came out and that no longer works. It also no longer allows me to “make a playlost based off this song”. I used to use those two commands all the time and now they don’t work. Did anyone else do this and have they noticed the same thing?
