Anyone else having this issue?

I have tried resetting network settings, turning it on/off, turning Siri on/off...

Its just not working...can't connect to the network, when I have full bars in HSPA+ area and wifi.

Did you try closing all of your apps in the app tray?

I was having trouble with Siri the other day and I someone suggested that, and after closing all open apps, Siri worked.

Whether or not it was coincidence, I don't know.

On Phone with Apple and they want to set me up an appt at Apple store, is this really necessary or am I going to need to get a new phone?

This is so annoying...

It has to be your location or phone. Mine has worked perfectly since day 1
