Siri in 16.0.2

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. After updating to 16.0.2, Siri (including dictation) is no longer functional. They were both working fine in iOS 16 and previous. Siri works perfectly still on WatchOS 9.0 running on an Apple Watch Series 4 (LTE).

Same here. 13PM 16.0.2 Tried turning Siri off and on, airplane off and on. Restarting phone.
Nada. No dictation either.

Apple Watch ultra 9.0.1 still works thank god because I use Siri all the time at work!

My wife’s 13pro on 16.0 Siri works fine.
