Siri isn't working!

I just turned my phone off last night and turned it on this morning, now when I hold down the home button it doesn't pop up. Any help please?

Turn it off and back on?

Check your settings to be sure it's on. If it is and it's still not working, turn Siri off (not your phone), wait a few minutes and turn Siri back on.

You don't want to restore that phone or you're going to lose your jailbreak. 5.0.1 is not being signed.

if everything fails, i think you may need to restore your iphone. back it up with itunes, and you can restore the whole thing.

I know I am not gonna get the jailbreak back, I am gonna update to 5.1 and wait for the jailbreak.
