Siri issue

The microphone on the keyboard is dulled out in certain applications like the App store and whatsapp, but its active on safari and spotlight and mail. I know for a fact that it worked before on whatsapp. Overall, siri still works....Anyway know why this is happened? I didnt alter any settings

I've read in the forum that Apple Store hasn't been updated for iOS 6. Maybe whatsapp hasn't, either.

EDIT: I have microphone working in Apple Store and in Apps.

I've read in the forum that App Store hasn't been updated for iOS 6. Maybe whatsapp hasn't, either.

The new App Store was introduced to be for iOS 6 and higher.

I rebooted and now they are both working again. However something odd, whatsapp said the my network had changed and asked if i want to change my number. I'd already done the 'network update' and rebooted as suggested a couple of days ago so that was weird.
