I am guessing that even though the iPad 2 specs are very similar to the iphone4s, we won't see Siri on the iPad for a good few months. In part to help generate sales for the 4s.

So my question is, how long do you think it will take before a :

- Jailbroken version is available for the iPad 2
- An official Apple version is available for the iPad 2

Personally I am guessing we won't see an official apple release of Siri for the iPad until at least jan/feb 2012

Wouldn't be surprised if Siri came with the iPad 3 and then Apple maybe released it as an extra feature for iPad 2s. As far as jailbreaking, since it's probably not hidden in the iOS for iPad 2 or iPhone 4 and instead code found exclusively in the firmware for the iPhone 4S, jailbreaking will not help much unless hackers go the extra mile and create hacked firmwares which to date has not been done with any iOS thus far (not to say it's not possible, but there hasn't been a reason to do it until now and it seems unlikely it will happen soon if at all).
