Siri location issues?

I just discovered this forum and absolutely love it! Thanks for all the great reading and advice. I was wondering if anyone is having this issue with Siri -

I have set four verbal location reminders with Siri so far. 3 had to do with me leaving my home and one leaving work. It only worked on two of them. The gos indicator in the upper right hand corner was active for all four reminders.

Any ideas? Thanks.
