maybe some of you have seen this:
http://www.independent.co.uk/life-s...sked-siri-where-to-hide-the-body-9665437.html

tragic story of course...
but what got my attention was the "evidence collected from iPhone"
the way the article is written, you´re supposed to believe Siri caches your commands... and the iPhone stores when/where you use the flashlight

the truth was a picture from facebook, showing the Siri-where-can-I-hide-a-body-question
http://www.actionnewsjax.com/news/news/siri-conversation-presented-at-Pedro-Bravo-trial/ngzxf/

finding pictures in the cache of FB or any app is no mystery, but I didn´t know the flashlight is spying on me...

Siri....never trusted her.
It was an iPhone 4 so unless it was jailbroken, he didn't even have Siri to begin with. Besides, it was from the Facebook cache so it was likely just some picture a random friend shared. Not exactly evidence material.

Didn't mean it that way, but that's okay.
