iPhone XR Siri never plays through loudspeaker anymore

When I ask Siri to do anything, she only speaks through the phone’s earpiece meaning I can’t hear here if the phone’s lying down on a table; is this a setting somewhere I can change..??

When she is saying something, have you tried using the volume buttons on the phone? I’m sure I’ve had this happen to me in the past and this sorted it.
