Siri no longer able to set alarm

I used to be able to ask Siri to set my alarm. Like "wake me up at 6:00".
Siri could do it in a flash.
Since the WatchOS update, Siri says it's programming it.
But it hangs there and then appears to give up. The alarm doesn't get set.
I have to program it manually using the App.

Do you have the same issue?
