Siri no longer vibrates when activating on iPhone 6S

On my iPhone 6 whenever I held down the home button is get a vibration and that would let me know that Siri was ready for me to speak.

On my new 6 S Plus, no such luck. When I hold down the home button I get no beep and no vibration, I don't have any feedback to tell me when to speak.

Is this normal?
Is there any way to enable the vibration! On Siri activation?

I'm guessing it's not an issue unless you're blind, and those people are using assistive touch anyway.
