iPhone 11 Siri no longer working

I first noticed this with my car voice commands, on which I heavily rely, while using AirPods Pro, and with my Apple Watch 8. So the common denominator is the iPhone 11. Works flawlessly other than this important feature. Any suggestion? Thanks.
