Siri not reading back messages. Automatically Send is unchecked.

Since updating to iOS 16.02, Siri doesn’t read back dictated messages. I get the option to Send, but I have to request she reads it back to me if I want to check she’s got the message right. I have checked settings and “Automatically send…” is unchecked. Any thoughts guys?
