Siri not talking when trying to initiate sending a text etc WatchOS 7.

In WatchOS 6, when you told Siri to text someone, it would find the person and then say, “what would you like to say?” And Siri would also confirm it was sending the message. In WatchOS 7 on my new Series 6, I am not getting any audible feedback from Siri. Messages still get sent but, I find it rather odd I don’t hear the swoosh sound when it is sending a message or the aforementioned voice.

Anyone else experiencing this?
