Siri not working even after restore

I have an iPhone 5 and the mic works well, on calls people hear me clearly, even voice control works but for some odd reason Siri is not working I just get a still line even after shouting at the phone. I tried a DFU restore still nothing, can anyone help?

Have you tried using Siri with the headphones that came with the iPhone since it has a built in mic? Or maybe a bluetooth headset? Otherwise, I would take it to the Apple Store if a DFU restore did not work.
