Siri Not Working in ios 6

Hello. So after updating my dad's iPhone 4S to iOS 6 beta 3, Siri doesn't work. Siri dictation doesn't. It gets stuck on the purple light spinning. How should I fix this?

Same problem for me....the purple thing just spins and spins.....I'm going to wait a week to see if beta 4 is going to come out if not I will be moving back to ios 5.x. I rely too much on Siri and can't live without her for too long...;)
 
You have to reset your settings in settings menu. Media and apps won't be touched. Try it and it will work.

Resetting your settings is not guaranteed to work and is a waste of time! For me on beta 3, Siri worked fine for a week, then stops working for a few days, then she is back again. Friends also had the same sporadic service. Its doesn't seem like it's the beta....seems more like something on the other end.

Ins't the beta program aimed at developers and the like? Apologies if I'm wrong, but it doesn't sound like the sort of software to install on one's Dad's phone (presumably) just for fun.
 
Siri sucks on beta, hope they fix it in beta 4, how do we reset our settings? Excuse me for being a noob but I've never reset the settings before
 
Siri working now....

did a restore to factory settings (ios6) and then restored apps and data from backup...all good.
