Siri now shows a car when I ask her to do something in the car.. why?

Ok this is a silly question but since iOS 16, when I ask Siri to call someone in the car, she shows a car! How does she know I'm in a car?

Location services? Do you also have Carplay?

Nope no carplay, and I wasn't even moving and it still seemed to know!

Also have they changed the Siri activation tone?
