For some strange reason Siri on my Mac, AppleWatch, HomePod, etc activates and tries to do commands when I do not even say "hey siri" nor address it. It listens to my conversations, or even the TV playing and tries to activate. However Siri on AppleTV does not do this but only activates when I press the side button which I do often to do Siri commands. Why is this? Mac Siri was very annoying the other day I was watching a movie on DVD or via the AppleTV app and Siri was trying to activate. I have NEVER had this problem on my AppleTV.

My guess is all your other devices think they heard "Hey Siri". The Apple TV doesn't listen for "Hey Siri", you have to physically activate it with the side button.

You can turn off listening for "Hey Siri" on your devices so that they're only physically activated too.
