HomePod Siri on HomePod announcing volume change

My paired HomePod minis tonight suddenly started "announcing" the volume change I ask it for when it changes the volume. If I ask it to raise the volume, instead of just raising it, it now says "OK, I raised the volume of the multimedia content"

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there any way to turn this off? Thanks for any help!

Are you listening to anything on the HomePod when it announces that it’s changing the volume?
