I have a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro running Version 15.1.1, today night the click command twice, clicking on the icon or saying Siri, or hey Siri and nothing happens. I've force quit, rebooted, turned off apple intelligence, Siri and reenabled. Still nothing, any suggestions?

I turned dictation off/on went through the hey siri set up. It said it was ready, but the voice nor type to Siri do anything
