I just got a new iPhone 4S as a warranty replacement for the one I received on release day (volume button and others problems that were a hardware issue) and I swear Siri doesn't work the same way on this new phone as it did on the last one.

I have the "raise to speak" setting for Siri on. When I raise to speak, I can see the screen go dark out of the corner of my eye and I can speak a command. However, I hear no audio feedback at all - neither the beep sound that Siri makes to prompt you to speak nor the other beep made to acknowledge your input. Also, Siri doesn't speak to me at all through the earpiece speaker.

But once I remove the phone from my ear and look at the screen, I see that Siri has indeed heard my command and answered it based on what's on the screen. Also, I can then hear all audio feedback through the speakerphone.

I could swear that I could hear audio feedback from Siri immediately through the earpiece speaker when raising to speak on my first iPhone 4S. Or am I remember this wrong completely?
