Siri randomly stops responding?

I have asked this three times in the beta threads and nobody has responded.

I'm on 11.2b2. Randomly, Siri and Dictation will stop responding to input. The little wave meter thing just flatlines and doesn't read my voice. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it'll work, sometimes it won't. I did "Reset All Settings" on my device and Siri worked for two days straight but has started acting up again.

Anybody else seeing this issue?

Guess nobody else uses Siri or Dictation around here, but I discovered that when there are problems, using the microphone in another app will make Siri/Dictation start working again. It seems the microphone isn't initializing properly.
