Siri says she doesn't know my location

Since IOS 16, I have problem with Siri that I don't know how to fix. If I ask Siri for the water forecast she relies that she can't determine my location, due to my settings. I hav location services tried on, so that isn't the problem. The odd thing is that if I ask a question such as where is the nearest gas station, she has no problem pointing out the closest one. Any idea as to how to solve this?

Install another form of AI like Google assistant or Alexa if you have the app for another device. Then just say, “Hey Siri” open (Insert superior AI) and save yourself the headache. Because the short answer is Siri can’t do anything but increase your blood pressure. 🤣

Yes location is turned on for the weather app.
