siri server certificate profile wont install on ipad

Hi,
I'm trying to get siri up and running on my ipad with a paid proxy server. When I try to install the server certificate profile in Safari, I get "Cannot install profile. Safari
could not install a profile due to an unknown error" Any one have any ideas about this? Others online have this problem but no solutions so far have appeared.
