Siri "sharing" on other devices

I've seen the videos with Siri on the iPhone 4/3GS ect. I have an iPhone 4s and want to use Siri with an ipad and/or an old iphone 4 (unlocked for use when traveling). Can that be done using the UDID from the new 4s (when traveling the 4 will be the only device in use, not the 4s or ipad). If so, is it legal? If it's legal how can I do it?
