Siri Shortcuts - Folders

I created a widget for siri shortcuts and found out that I can choose which folder from the siri shortcuts app I can show in my widget.
However, I hava tried to figure out how to add new folders in the siri shortcuts app with no success. The only folder I have right now is the "Starter Shortcuts" folder. I want to have multiple folders in order to group my shortcuts and then be able to add multiple shortcuts widget with the different folders.

Anyone knows how to do this?

Then what I do is drag and drop (select multiples as well) or just open folder from page you make folder, go into said folder and then add shortcuts from there.
